Project

The ROMST project, led by UVSQ and eight international partners, aims to develop an innovative joint Master’s program in Responsible Organizations’ Management for Sustainable Transitions, aligned with the European Green Deal and the UN Sustainable Development Goals. The program seeks to train future managers and entrepreneurs capable of leading ecological, social, and digital transitions through a holistic, ethical, and action-oriented approach. Bringing together complementary expertise from EU and non-EU institutions, the consortium promotes a comprehensive vision of responsible management that integrates technological change, social inclusion, sustainability, and European values. The project responds to a strong labor market demand for experts able to manage complex transitions across public, private, and non-profit organizations.
